Magmatic design and distribute award winning children's travel products under our Trunki brand. We’re a market leading company, selling internationally to over 40 countries and to major UK retailers and independents in the nursery, toy and luggage markets. We're growing fast, have a range of new brands and products to launch and are looking for someone to join our rapidly expanding team to oversee our business operations.

If you’re our Mission Commander you’ll be highly proactive and driven, a strategic thinker whose experience and knowledge will help sustain the growth of our business. You’ll be responsible for overseeing overseas production, logistics, new product launches and have a finger on the pulse of our sales, marketing and NPD teams. Knowledge of how to optimize operations and attention to detail will play a critical part in this role.

Project management experience is essential as you will be creating new product launch plans and managing through to market. As a focal point of communication between sales, marketing, finance and design teams, you must be an exceptional team player, with proven leadership qualities and have a holistic understanding of all our business departments. A robust awareness of policies and best practice within our industry is essential as you will be responsible for improving and implementing operational and reporting systems.

You’ll be striving to negotiate the best possible terms with our UK service providers and managing relationships. Working alongside team leaders to forecast, review and analyze budgets means solid financial acumen is essential.

We’re looking for someone with extensive experience at a high level within a marketing-driven manufacturing business turning over circa £10M. A strong understanding of IT systems and ecommerce will have us jumping for joy.
